We've had tons of rain this last week. While it wasn't enough to get us out of the the so-called drought, it was enough to start the greening of the property. Here is a shot I took of the front of the house.
And off the back deck, looking at our woods. Everything is so green and clean.
We are expecting another week of rain so that will raise our water tables a bit. I don't know if it will be enough to get us totally out of the drought, but any amount of water will certainly help.

Same here......fields are green following rain early this month, but we also need much more! I had to laugh at your truck sign, we're also 'in election mode' as the papers say, so it's very appropriate here too.
