Round 2 - Complete!!!

I finally finished the socks for Round 2 of Sock Madness IV. There were several techniques that were new to me and I feel as though I have a fairly good handle on them after knitting these socks. Here they are: Unroasted Beans!



The pattern is dedicated to the designer's best friend of over 30 years who uses the phrase "cool beans" a lot. The design resembles beans marching around the leg and foot with stripes radiating along the bottom of the foot and the toe area. I am beginning the like colourwork....as long as I remember to knit LOOSE! Since I'm a tight knitter, this is a real exercise in looseness for me.
